Translation Notes
- English verse lookup uses the King James Version (KJV). KJV is commonly treated as public domain in many jurisdictions.
- Spanish verse lookup is intended to use Reina Valera 1960 (RVR1960) only if licensing permission is granted by the rights holder.

- We do not sell or rent your information.
Sharing
- We do not share your personal information with third parties, except if required by law.
Internet Usage
- Core note-taking works offline. If future updates add online features (sync, backups, or licensed verse delivery), this policy will be updated.
Children’s Privacy
- Faithful Note does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

1. Use of the App
- Faithful Note is provided “as is” and is intended for personal use related to Bible study and sermon notes.
2. User Content
- You own the notes you create in the app.
- You are responsible for backing up your device. We are not responsible for loss of notes due to device changes or deletion.
3. Scripture Content
- English verse lookup uses KJV.
- Spanish verse lookup (RVR1960) will only be enabled if proper licensing permission is granted by the rights holder.
4. Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the app.
5. Changes
- We may update these terms as the app evolves. The latest version will be posted on this page.
